1/2 cup & 1/2 Tbsp Honeyville Buttermilk Powder + 3 cups Hot Water
1/4 cup Butter, melted
1/3 cup Sugar
3 tsp Salt
3 Eggs
1 tsp Pink Food Coloring
1/4 cup SAF Yeast
Cinnamon Filling:
1/2 cup Sugar
Glaze Topping:
1 1/2 cups Powdered Sugar
1/4 cup Butter, softened
1 tsp Vanilla
4 Tbsp Milk
Yields: 24 cinnamon rolls
First, make you dough.

In your BOSCH Universal Mixer, add the following ingredients in this order: Re-constituted Buttermilk, butter, sugar, salt, eggs, food coloring, 4 cups flour, and yeast. Turn mixer to #2 setting and as ingredients are mixing, add remaining flour  1 cup at a time until dough pulls away from the sides of the bowl. Knead in machine for 3-4 minutes.

Remove and place dough in a greased bowl and cover.

Allow to rise for 30-40 minutes, or until doubled in size.

Preheat oven to 400 degrees.

Remove and roll out on a hard surface, brush top with melted butter, then sprinkle sugar and chef tess spice on top.

Gently roll up dough.

Using your W├╝sthof Bench Scraper, slice roll into individual rolls.

Place each roll in a greased baking pan.

Place in 400 degree oven, knock temperature down to 350 degrees, and bake for 15-20 minutes.

While baking, whisk together powdered sugar, butter, vanilla, and milk to make glaze topping.

Remove cinnamon rolls from oven and, while still warm, drizzle glaze over the top. Serve warm.

These tasty treats are the perfect way to start off your Valentine’s morning! Warm, gooey, and delicious, the taste of buttermilk, cinnamon, and sugar will ring through these pink-infused rolls! Don’t let the color fool you, these massive twists of baked delight will fill you up and get you in that lovey dovey mood for the rest of the day!
