Before the cookbook officially hits the stands, we thought we’d give you a sneak peak at what you can expect from the latest creation by the Evil-Mad Genius herself, our own Chef Tess!

One section of the cookbook we know you’ll earmark will definitely be the Meals in a Jar section. With 18 Meals in a Jar Recipes and 7 Breakfast Meals in a Jar Recipes, it’s not hard to see why! Now you’ll have all your favorite Meals in a Jar recipes, conveniently in one location.

Gourmet Mix Making

Learn from Chef Tess how to make some of the most delicious meals around using Honeyville’s already popular mixes, such as Buttermilk Panacake Mix, Fudge Brownie Mix, and White Cake Mix. Plus, learn a few new mixes created by Chef Tess herself!

Book Signings in Store

Chef Tess will be stopping by each of our four Honeyville locations, signing her new cookbook and also teaching and demonstrating some of the delicious recipes from it. Keep you eyes peeled to our Classes page to find out when Chef Tess will be stopping by your store!

You Pick the Recipe

You have the chance to choose which recipe we will preview before the book officially lands on the shelves! Starting today and going until Wednesday, Dec. 12th at midnight, visit our Facebook Page, find the poll for The Gourmet Food Storage Handbook, and vote for the recipe you’d like to see! On Thursday, Dec. 13th, we’ll post the recipe with the most votes here on the Cookin’ Cousins blog. The four recipes you can vote on are:
