Today’s recipe is the perfect combination of peanut buttery goodness and paleo friendly ingredients. Using our Blanched Almond Flour and Organic Coconut Flour, along with our Organic Peanut Butter Powder, we’ve created the perfect, no-bake cookie bar recipe that is sure to make any day a little brighter and every taste bud you have dance with delight. Grab a spoon, it’s time to mix up some Paleo Peanut Butter Bars!

Ingredients:
1 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder + 1/2 cup Water
1 cup Honeyville Organic Coconut Flour
1 cup Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
1/2 cup Almond Milk
1 cup Dark Chocolate Chips, melted.

Directions:
First, re-constitute your peanut butter powder.

To do so, add powder and water to a large bowl and mix until a thick peanut butter forms.

Next, add coconut flour, almond flour, coconut sugar, and cinnamon, and mix together. Add almond milk and mix until a thick paste forms.

Gently form paste into your USA Pan Square Cake Pan.

Drizzle melted dark chocolate over the entire top of peanut butter, then place in refrigerator and allow to set up for at least 2 hours. Once set, remove, slice into bars, and serve.
