Every night after I have finished dinner clean up, put the kids to bed, and made sure the house is picked up I take a deep breath, realize its quiet and then my stomach tells me “you need something sweet.” I can justify it almost every night by telling myself that I have worked hard today and I deserve a little treat! Ha ha, bad justification, huh? But it works for me! Anyways, this dessert was quick, easy, and actually very tasty! You will have to give it a try!

Ingredients:
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Apples
1 Tbsp. Butter
1 cup Marshmallows
Chocolate Chips
Nuts of your choice (I used Pecans)
Caramel

Directions:
Re-hydrate Apples and spread on a plate. Melt butter and marshmallows in a saucepan and drizzle on apples, then drizzle caramel,  and sprinkle nuts and chocolate chips on top.

When re-hydrating your apples, place them on a paper towel before transferring to the plate, so that the remaining water will soak up. I didn’t want my dessert to be watery at all!
Drizzle all ingredients on top and ENJOY!!!
