2 cups Honeyville Buttermilk Pancake Mix
2 Tbsp Cooking Oil (your choice)
1 1/2 cups Apple Cider
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Pumpkin Pie Spice
First, make your batter.
In a large bowl, whisk together pancake mix, oil, apple cider, cinnamon, and pumpkin pie spice.
Preheat your waffle iron and pour 1/2 cup batter in the middle. Cook until waffle is to your preferred crispness and texture.
Remove, spread butter and drizzle syrup on top, and serve!
