As I’ve gotten older, my love for rich, flavorful banana bread has not diminished. But my creativity in baking it has increased. I mean, how do you make a classic even better? How do you bring all that traditional flavor into something new?

That’s right, we’ve taken all the taste, texture, and aroma you love in banana bread, baked it up gluten-free (thanks to our amazing Blanched Almond Flour) and created the cutest little bundt cakes you’ve ever seen! 1/4 cup Honeyville Organic Peanut Butter Powder + 4 Tbsp Water
1 cup Honeyville Freeze Dried Bananas
2 Tbsp Raw Honey
1/2 cup Honeyville Regular Rolled Oats
1/4 cup Honeyville Blanched Almond Flour
2 Tbsp Honeyville Flax Seed, ground
1 tsp Vanilla
1/2 tsp Baking Soda
1/2 tsp Cinnamon
Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
In a large mixing bowl, reconstitute your peanut butter powder by mixing with water.
Next, add reconstituted bananas, egg, honey, oats, almond flour, flax seed, vanilla, baking soda, and cinnamon, and mix together until a thick batter forms.
Pour batter into your USA Pan Swirl Cupcake Pan.
Bake at 375 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Remove and allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes, then turn out on a wire rack and let cool completely.
